FAQ

Answers before you order.

How is pricing and shipping handled?+

Pricing is quoted per project. DAP quotes include shipping but not US import tariffs; DDP quotes cover tariffs and clearance. Lead times vary by SKU and region — see our shipping & lead-time policy or contact sales@metrolla.com.

What is the lead time?+

Lead times vary by SKU, quantity, and destination region. Your Metrolla quote confirms the current lead time for the exact configuration you request — see the shipping & lead-time policy for details.

Do you offer volume discounts?+

Yes. Fleet, OEM and program-level pricing is available. Reach out with your quantities and timeline via the Quote form.

Do the sensors come with all cables needed?+

Each lidar ships with a connection box, sensor-to-box cable and power supply. You only need to supply a standard RJ45 ethernet cable.

Do you provide software?+

Yes — Metrolla Perceive (detection & tracking), Metrolla Map (SLAM), and Metrolla Guard (perimeter). See the Perception page.

Do you provide technical support?+

Yes. Both Metrolla and Hesai maintain technical support staff in the US and abroad. Metrolla engineers can also help integrate the sensor into your perception stack.

Ready to spec out your perception stack?

Tell us what you're building — vehicle, robot, drone or fixed installation — and a Metrolla engineer will help you pick the right Hesai sensor, quote it, and ship it.
